Rejected RMA's are due to the following:
- Incomplete name: Any form submitted missing a
full first and last name will be rejected. Please make sure to include first
and last name for shipping purposes.
- Incomplete address: Any form submitted with an invalid address will be
rejected.
- P.O. box addressed: We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses, please provide a
permanent physical address.
- Invalid purchase date: Please make sure that the purchase date matches your
receipt for items that are still covered under warranty.
- Communication and technical difficulties have been observed when replying to
the following email carriers: AOL, Optonline, and Road Runner emails. Please
use another email service to avoid possible communication complications.
-For Canadian Consumers: Please be aware
that any and all customs or broker fees applied to your shipment to and from
our service facility will be applied to your RMA. We will charge customers for
all fees assess or associated for the service.
-All items sent in for service are
subject to shipping, parts, and labor charges, which will be determined at the
discretion of Cowon America's RMA Service Department.
